I have disabled phocadownload component, and now all my site is damaged.
I tried to enable component and plugin with phpmyadmin,but it doesn't work.
Even from the admin panel I can't do anything because I always got this message:

Hi, this means, when the plugin is active on the site, it needs to have Phoca Download component, if there is no Phoca Download component, just go to administration and disable the plugin, this is all. The plugin is active only in com_content area, in frontend, so there is no problem to deactivate it in administration. Not sure why you get this in administration - there it cannot be active.

But in such case, just go to phpMaAdmin and make it e.g. not public, see the ..._extensions table, where you can easily deactivate it:

Table ..._extensions (e.g. jos_extensions)
column "enabled" set to 0
