Translate subscribe page

Hello,
I'm configuring Phocaemail and have translated the messages, but I couldn't figure out where to translate the page that appears when a user has subscribed to the newsletter
Anybody an idea?

You can translate this string or make a language override.

Thank you! Learned something new. However when I made an override the English text appeared again. So i looked further and I've found out that the nl-NL translation is not updated to the last version or is not complete . It stops at 2.00 The constante is missing so it won't be override.
Perhaps that on the download page it could be mentioned that the translation is not for vs 3.0.5
