Phoca gallery extension: "Unable to find install package"

Hi there,

I am trying to install phoca gallery extension to my joomla (version 3.6.2) website, but there is an error saying: "Unable to find install package". I only have this problem with this specific extension so far (not with others).

I thought that maybe the extension file size is too big and I tried some changes to the php.ini file in my local host server (xampp) folder. I set post_max_size=100M and upload_max_filesize=100M . But I still cannot install phoca gallery.

Do you have any idea why this happens? Thank you.

- which Joomla! version? Current version is J 3.6.4
- correct version of PG/PD?
- post_max/upload_max file size OK?
- permissions OK?
- path / tmp folder writable?
