Category description without HTML tags

Hi,
in previous versions this worked ok, but ever since I installed 4.3.2 I see strip tags being used for category description. I know how to configure it, tags are missing in either categories or category view, since they're stripped right on category Save function. Why is this? Which file to access to remove this? I think I'll get it on my on somehow but would be much easier if developers could point it out and / or restore this to NOT stripping.
