I sent the URL privately.

I also noticed that the URL has two // as per the example below:
https://www.website.com//downloads/down ... c83fe.html

Hi, I get the "This site can’t be reached" error on the site. When you delete one /, do you get the same error (it should not have influence on this)?

What happens when you disable SEF (for testing only) and you copy the link again without SEF? Does it work for you?

Sorry about the delay, been really busy.

I turned of SEF and tried it and I'm getting the same message: "Invalid Token. File Not Found."

Same problem here... i think the update to 3.1.7 is the problem... and i didn't saved the 3.1.6 download and now to many things have changed to my website to put back een backup. hope it will be sorted out and solved
