Hello Phoca,
just tried to send an E-Mail to all "Registered" users of my page. But failed: Sending to groups is only possible in the "public" address field. But would be nice for me and my visitors, if not everybody can see the e-Mail address of all the others.
Is this possible?
Regards Jürgen

Re: Sending BCC to User Group?
Hello Jan,
thanks for the interest in the topic!
Sending screenshot is not possible - at least for me: This BBCode is far too difficult for me.
I try to explain:
Writing an E-Mail I click as administrator on Components/Phoca Email.
Then I get 5 address fields, which I may use:
1) to = write in one email address manually, may be more
2) to (user) = I find all my registered users and I may click on one ore more names
3) to (group) = I find all my groups and I may klick on one or more of them
4) cc = same as no. 1): write in one email address manually, may be more.
5) bcc: = same as no. 1): write in one email address manually, may be more.
My Problem is: When I use option 3), then all the addresses of the users are seen in the "address" field by the recipients of the mail. That's not good, because of personal data protection.
So I would like to use the bcc address field, but I don't want to write manually all my 85 user addresses. This should work just as in option 3), where I click on "Registered" oder "Editor" and all the addresses are filled in by the program.

Re: Sending BCC to User Group?
Hallo Jan,
I've got it now!
My mistake - had still an older version of your component on my system and it did not update automatically.
I'm sorry.
And many thanks for your support! Great help!
And all together: great components / modules / extensions provided by Phoca! Thank you very much.
