Paypal option not visible

HI,
I've just installed Phoca Cart component and I'm testing it.
I set a Paypal payment method using the wizard, but It doesn't display in the checkout procedure.
It seems to be active in the administration page but in the front page I can see the Payment Options frame with a title inside "payment method" but no payment method listed and a coupon code box.

I've tried adding a POS cash payment method and it displays it.
Why I can't see paypal?

Hi,

- is the method published?
- which typ it is? Is it "Common" or "Online Shop Only"?
- is access set to public?
- is customer group set to "Default"?
- isn't there some specific rule which can prevent from displaying it?

No rules at all.
The only particular set is that the whole online shop is accessible only to super-users 'cause I'm testing it.

Sorry, very very sorry to make you waste your time! :(
In the payment settings, in Zone Rule tab, there was "Zone rule active" set to YES, I don't know why. I even don't know what this option means...
