Set: Backend --> Components --> Phoca Cart --> Control Panel --> Options --> Display --> Checkout View -->
Same Delivery And Billing Address - Ckeckbox Checked=Disabled
Then this checkbox isn't visible any more.

You understood correctly, but in my case the checkbox does not disappear. The checkbox is enabled by default or disabled by default, but the field is displayed in both options. Version Phoca Cart 3.5.4 + Astroid themplate.

yes, you're right. 'Same Delivery And Billing Address - Checkbox Checked=Disabled' is a Phoca Cart v3.5.5 feature. I always test with the current Phoca Cart version. At the moment it's v3.5.5 Beta2 but it's not recommended to use beta versions for live sites. So just wait a little bit for v3.5.5 stable and then this feature is available for you.
