Strange format=raw& Error

Good Day Everyone,

I recently have been experiencing this strange error when I go to an items page. It shows wrong please see the first image, and when I press back and go to the same page again then it shows normally please see the second image.

I have found that the difference in the URL is that the one with the error has format=raw& in it and the normal one doesn't.
what could be causing this, can anyone help me please? The URL links are also below:

Hi, format=raw means, that this page is produced for AJAX.

Do you get any Javascript error in Javascript console when viewing the site?
When you disable all the AJAX in Options (ajax pagination, ajax search), do you get the same results?
