How to set up cart for US states

I am new to the Phoca cart and this forum and I did not see a search function so i started this topic.

How do you set up Phoca cart for US states. We do not use regions here. Does this mean I have to install all 50 states in regions? Seems like a lot of work for something that could have easily been built into functionality of component.

Also, if Paypal overrides the address, why go through all of it anyway?

One last thing, I got a paypal notification from the test order but did not get any notification or indication of the order in Phoca

PayPal - enable logging in Phoca Cart and try to use it again and see the logs - see if you get answer from PayPal Server
see semilar posts in this forum, try to enable/disable the parameter:

US States - if you import regions, then you will import US states for the country USA:



Regions is common general term, so you can change the word Region to State with Joomla language override function.
