shipping conditions amount rule does not work

In my shop I want to have a setup with amount rule for free shipping:
below 50€ shipping cost 5,99; equal and higher 50€ free shipping (no cost value entered).
entered values are

• shipping cost amounbt rule, highest amount 49.9900
  free shipping amount rukle lowest amount 50.0000
  amount rule is activated additionally to country rule (shipping only in Germany)

for amount below 50 € the condition shipping with costs does appear in the frontend during ordering process
If I add products to reach the 50€+, the shipping with costs disapears as expected but the free shipping condition does not appear in the frontend as a selection.

Any ideas? Is there a trick?

by the way: For what purpose is the plugin shipping standard?

Welche PHP Version verwendest Du?

Ich arbeite mit gantry 5 (Version 5.5.17) mit den templates und particles von Joomlead (template jl_finance Version 2.1.2)

bzw. hast Du das auch mit dem Joomla! Standard Template getestet?
Das habe ich noch nicht getan, werde es aber nun machen

Hi,
ich hab das jetzt mal auf einer Testseite unter J4.4.2, PHP 8.2, Phoca Cart 4.0.10 und Cassiopeia nachgebaut und hier funktioniert es, wie erwartet:









'Betragsregel' Werte in 'DHL':
Niedrigster Betrag=0.0001
Höchster Betrag=49.9900

'Betragsregel' Werte in 'Kostenloser DHL-Versand':
Niedrigster Betrag=50.0000
Höchster Betrag=5000.0000

vielen Dank: so funktioniert es. Ich muss wohl beide Werte eintragen (Minimum und Maximum): Da DHL bis 500 € versichert habe ich nun 500 eingetragen.

Hallo,
noch ein Nachtrag zu diesem Thema: nachdem wieder die verschiedenen Versandoptionen nicht erschienen, musste ich mich auf die Fehlersuche begeben: Wir versenden nur in Deutschland gemäß AGB. Dementsprechend habe ich im Kundenprofil das Land deaktiviert. Mit der Eingabe einer Länderregel "Deutschland" in den Versandoptionen wurden diese dann nicht mehr angezeigt, weil bei den Kunden kein Land angegeben ist. Hier lag der Fehler mal wieder beim Bediener.

I have 3 shipping options based on country and ammount rule.

1. Ammount 0 - 698,99 SEK / Country Sweden / Costs: 69 SEK
2. Ammount 699,00 - 100000,00 / Country Sweden / Costs: Free
3. Ammount Any / Country: All EU contries except Sweden / Costs: 129 SEK

I have two products with price 349.00 SEK and in combination or in order of two of kind it will cost 698 SEK. According to ammount rule, shipping will be included, and it will displayed in cart but when I want to confirm order I get error:
"Choose the right shipping method"

This is only when default country is selected (Sweden). If I change country to any other it will regulary display Shipping option 3 and order can be placed.
