PC5 error: Field 'date' doesn't have a default value

Phoca Cart v5.0.0Beta61
When I try to create new stock status this error appears:

Save failed with the following error: Field 'date' doesn't have a default value

Editing and saving default Stock statuses does not show error.

I saw this thread but it is related to Phoca Cart 4 and there is no fix explanation.
