Is it possible to divide css price styling in item view and in Phoca Cart Product module? Currently it is connected and styling price in item view reflects on prices in module.

Yes, the module will definitely have some extra class (you can also assign your own class to the module in the backend), which you will use as the parent class for price classes in your css file.
