Upload photo from the site

Hello, I have been using Phocagallery (extra) for a while.
However, who can tell me how to do so that the user (the visitor) can not upload a photo from the site: on each photo I have the "download" icon (I want to remove it).

Do you mean upload or download (this are two different things):

Or do you mean both?

Hello, I would like the site visitor not to be able to download photos from the site:
example: https://www.livres-fregni.org/index.php/galerie-photos
You can see the download icon in the bottom right of the photo next to the search magnifying glass.

backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Category View -->
Display Download Icon=Hide
