Locate Descriptions?

Hi,

I have managed to login to this old site and find the Phoca Gallery. Where do I find where the text for the descriptions? Some of the descriptions on the old site are quite long and I'm not sure if I'm copying them correctly. Ideally I would go to the source in admin, but no idea where to look for this.

This is categories description:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Categories View --> Categories View Description


This is image description:
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Images --> (Choose a category) --> (Choose the image you want to edit) --> Description

You should urgently update your site. You are using Joomla 2.5.28 from December 2014.
If it hasn't been hacked yet, it's a miracle...

It wasn't under my management. It hasn't been updated since 2016, I think. I'm tasked with rebuilding it.
