Hi, it is not true... if some parameter is missing, it isn't taken from default settins so you cannot change all settings with one operation...

It is a little bit difficult... if there is e.g. FORM select box, it can be taken from default settings if no value is set in plugin... but if there is a FORM text box, it cannot be taken from default settings in Joomla! (you can see it in parameters e.g. component in menu link - if there is a select box, you can choose 'default settings' and the settings will be not taken from menu link parameter but from default settings, but if there is a text box, there is no possibility to set default settings...)
