Plugin: The Thumbs are shown but link gives a 500 error

When I use the phoca Gallary plugin 2.6.2 with Phoca Gallery 2.6.2 in a article the thumbs are shown.
Website page: [url]http://www.degouw.nl/info/geschiedenis.html[/url]
[code]{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=2}[/code]
or
[code]{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=4}[/code]

The generated link is: [url]http://www.degouw.nl/component/phocagal ... &buttons=1[/url]

But when I press the imagethumb I get an Error 500.
When I disable the standard Joomla SEF problem is solved.
When I enable any SEF option the problem is coming back.
(both option with and without .htaccess)

What I'm I doing wrong????

Found it and solved it. Problem was of course reading the FAQ. Created a Menuitem and problem was solved.
