Problems installing Phoca Gallery

How do I fix this situation I'm currently running iis7 with php 5.2.4 /mysql 5.0.45 on ms server 2008 express

I'm using Joomla as my CMS and trying to load the Phoca Gallery extension and I'm receiving this

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.

Hi, I have no experiences with IIS, mostly the problem is the time - maybe try to check ftp installation (with the ftp installation file - it should add the sql queries automatically) If this will not work, then only way is to add the sql queries with help of e.g. phpMyAdmin to the system. For now I have no experiences or guides for working with sql so this needs to be found e.g. on google

I actually did a failure log trace and found a little more info on it and reached out to Microsoft as well...
