-cant delete images completely
-cant resize images after a size has been picked
-IE7 images are cropped (fixed)
-cant delete the shadow (fixed)
-cant make rows instead of one long list
-no thumbnail module support only a text based tree menu..for an image based site?
too many weird issues
have to create a category before creating a new gallery but the category button is second on the list...? why is it not the first button?
explanations?

- original images are not created by Phoca Gallery (only thumbnails), so you must delete them e.g. via FTP or media manager (Gallery is not file manager)
- Phoca Gallery has a powerful function, it creates thumbnails automatically, so change the size of your thumbnail, then delete all thumbnails (e.g. via FTP or media manager) and Phoca Gallery will automatically create new thumbnails with new sizes

- rows - set colums for category list, or the width of phoca gallery box for images - in parameters
- there is a tree module and random image module

BTW: some people are confused, some people say, they have never seen so powerful gallery for Joomla!
