Phoca gallery hiding menu problem

After much searching and fiddling this is driving me insane!!!
My main menu appears below the phocagallery thumbnails all the time on every page?
I did find something about z-index's so I set the menu page z-index to 999999!
Have a look for yourselves, go to the site below and click on the "commissions" button.

Hi, I don't have any experiences with z-index - the medium images listed in Phoca Gallery are not using the z-index

Cannot find a solution to this one!?!??!?!?!?
www.taylormadecarpentry.co.uk - click on "commisions" or "portfolio" - any submenu then gets hidden by Phoca.
ANY IDEAS?!?

Hi, if you are using JA Purity, just try to find this problem on forum.joomla.org (I think it is a common problem - with z-index)

Phoca Galelry works like all other content on the page, it does not work with z-index, so it cannot influence this problem.

I have the same problem as mayburry 2 years ago - now in Joomla 2.5.
Please open the following link:

If you now try to open the upper horizontal menu, you'll see, that it's behind the images of the phoca slideshow plugin.
When I try to figure out the problem with the firebug, I find the following:
element.style
{
visibility: visible;
}
If I put a z-index of 2 there inside, it works.
My question is, where will I find the related file to this?
