top banner 750x150px
example banner left button 150x150px
right image 150x150px
and under 750x150px

Hi, I don't know com_banner, really no idea what you need to do, but seems like you need to customize it in the code. For me it is difficult to give any advice there, as I don't have any experiences with such customization nor I don't exactly understand the problem
