I am using
Joomla 1.5.22
VM 1.1.7
Phoca PDF 1.0.9
Phoca Email 1.0.2
Phocapdf virtuemart email 1.0.1

I have done all the necessary modifications stated here

however in frontend Account Maintenance I get the following error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ps_order::setError() in /plugins/phocapdf/virtuemart/virtuemarthelper.php on line 355

Hi Peter as written in email, try to enable the debug mode to see the problem in database.

You were correct for some reason delivery tables was not created, fixed now thank you.
