It the news section on yout site a standard joomla plugin or an own?

I searched for hours but didn't found any information how to create a news section.

Hi, it is a standard Joomla! article feature - with view which is normally set in Joomla! as default.

Hi, then you need to visit joomla.org documentation, how to add the list of aritcles, mostly this is the default frontend settings - display a list of new articles on the site. (set while installing example data in Joomla!)
