German Translation Problem for Joomla 1.6.3

Hi there,

I've installed the Phoca Maps Component for Joomla 1.6.3 and it works very fine for me. But now I tried to install the german translation:

and I always got the "Cannot find XML setup file"-error. I tried to fix it this way

but it didn't help me. At last I just copied the .ini-files from this zip-file into my joomla directories on my server. Now the component has the right language, but when I create a new map I can't choose the language for it. There is only English (UK) in the drop-down-menu and so the description of the route is in english as well.

Can anybody tell me how to install the translation correctly in order that I can use it the right way and get a german description for the route??

I have the same Problem but I think this error message is right.
I've unzipped the File but there is no .xml file.

Maybe forgot to include?
