Slideshow images wrong size

HI, I jave downloaed and installed all the latest componants, mods etc and am running J1.7. When I cerate a slideshow (either floom or nivo) the image width displays at 800px, regardless of what setting s I change. I have deleted and recreatd the images as well setting image dimension options in Phoca Gallery image options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had a look through the options and can't find "large thumbnail" anywhere, could you tell me where to find it?

Large Image Width=(e.g.)970
Large Image Height=(e.g.)230
