Hi,

I use phocagallery since 4 years and in joomla 1.7 i search for display menu with this plugin. When i visit a category, all menu is hide.

Page exemple : http://toutenkamion.web4me.fr/index.php/albums-photos

Plugin is after this texte : "Pensez à consulter les récits de voyages…"

Where are option for display menu ? Thanks

I will try to explain through a translator, my English is really bad (sorry)

I installed the plugin and displays photos of a class in an article. If the category can be up or down a level (sub-category), the menus disappear.

It is not possible to choose a display module according to the behavior of a plugin, but only in the menus. They can be displayed, but they must have them display on ALL pages.
How to display modules menu when navigating in phocagallery from phoca plugin?

By cons I confirm, if you sail in the categories of phocagallery unn menu since there is no problem.

Hi, plugins and modules links does not have such features like the component have - so navigation etc is missing there because e.g. the plugin is in fact an article not a gallery component.

Yes I can understand one better. While it lacks a point to be considered for the operation of the plugin.

In a display of different category, if you visit a class, you lose the layout of the article where this is the plugin.

Is it possible to ensure that the elements created by the plugin return to the layout of the article (or menu) as this is the plugin?
As a visitor does not lose the menus that were present.

As a workaround, I can hide child categories for displaying photos, but for displaying album is important to keep the menus if the visitor is completely lost and the construction of menus is fully reviewed. If not indicated below possibilitée becomes totally useless.

{phocagallery view=categories|imagecategories=1|imagecategoriessize=0|hidecategories=36,40,42,43,44,45,54,57,58,59,60,61,63,64,65,66,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,16,19,17,18,22,23,24,25,27,26,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,13,1,14,15,10,11,12,39,55,56,21,48,62,74}

Hi in such case it is better to display the images in component not through the plugin as plugin displaying is limited :-(

It's a shame, it provided a good overview of the galleries. I'll cheat by copying the HTML of the page for the component included in the article concerned the links will work as can be.

Think to update the code by hand every update ... it's a shame but it works. Maybe one day you find a workaround.

Hi, as written above, rendering plugin code is limited, and it means for all plugins of different extensions. In article view (content) the article rules are applying so you cannot do such features like they can be displayed in the component itself. :-(
