phoca gallery plugin pagination

i have not managed to link to a category through phoca gallery plugin
i am using the following code

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=275|pluginlink=1|limitcount=8}

and when i click on a image i am linked to phoca gallery category but with no pagination which is totally wrong!!!
i even created a hidden - unpublished menu module, with a link to that category but still nothing

i am using joomla 1.5.25 with sef and phoca gallery 2.7.5

Hi, then disable SEF and try to see the link (if it has Itemid value - then check this id in your menu link and see if there the pagination is enabled).

i used a workaround
and changed the number of displayed images in a category to 500
so that all images are showd without pagination!
that is no problem for me!
