installation sucsess but phoca doesn't show up

When i install Phoca Gallery every thing looks like is ok but i get the following error.

" An other menu-item uses the same alias in the head menu"
"error building the admin menu"

i tried to uninstall phoca but it doesn't help.

i cant get in the phoca gallery control panel.
can someone help me to solve this.

I removed the database tables manually and that solved the problem
