Phoca issue - cannot see the pictures and words in admin

Hi all!
I have a strange issue in my phoca gallery. I migrated my joomla site to a new server, the old one runs apache, but the new runs IIS7. Everything works fine, the site loads perfectly, but in my phoca gallery admin, the icons and words don't display correctly.

I've updated my Joomla version to 1.7.5, and updated the phoca gallery version to 3.2.1, but this did not solve the problem.

For debugging reasons, I copied the hole site to my local machine and the phoca gallery works fine, the words and icons appear properly.

The only difference is that the new server (where i realized the issue) uses IIS7.

Is there any additional configuration for phoca to work with iis7?

Or do you have any idea, how to solve this issue?

Hi, which language you are using, seems like this translation is not correct?

I'm using hungarian language in the admin interface. I installed the HU language pack for the phoca, but the install did not solve the problem.
