So what is the plan for Phoca?after conversing with Kyle Ledbetter about this on Twitter, I learned that the "new paradigm" is that all extensions must use Bootstrap to be compatible with one another. In other words, if a Joomla 3.x extension chooses not use Bootstrap, it runs the risk of breaking on 3.x.

Hi, I have used the bootstrap on phoca site and have no problem to convert (will take some time) the extensions to bootstrap rules. Now the extensions are using standard html/css so they should not be in conflict with bootstrap, see:
