Loayout table checked out.

Using Phoca Download 2.1.6.

Noticed a small problem with the layout view. If you enter the layout view in the Admin and then hit the 'Control Panel' icon it takes you back to the control panel BUT the layout table is left 'checked out'.

This can be seen in the Maintenance->Global Check View.
