Frontend users can only upload to backend categories

Hi,

I think this question will be asked before but i can't find it on this forum. I use phoca gallery for my pics. I've created some categories in de backend. I want that my frontend user can upload only to this categories. I don't want that they created their own categories. I've searched for hours now, so i hope that there's a solution for it.

just set the upload rights for the user and enable upload possibility in category view.
