i can't install italian language pack

I have a new installation of Joomla 2.5.8.
I have installed the Phoca Download witout problem but the i get this error with language pack:
JInstaller: :Install: Non è stato possibile trovare il file di setup XML
JInstaller: :Install: XML setup file not found

JInstaller: :Install: XML setup file not found

This message means, this language package does not contain any install xml file and you have to install it manually:

1. Unzip http://joomlacode.org/gf/download/frsre ... ad.j25.zip local on your pc.
2. Copy and paste the two files:

• it-IT.com_phocadownload.ini
  it-IT.com_phocadownload.sys.ini

into this folders:

• /language/it-IT
  /administrator/language/it-IT

3. Set italian as your joomla! standard language
4. Now Phoca Download should be translated to italian in front & backend.
