Knowing who is downloading

I'm testing Phoca download and have installed the component, content plugin and the editor button. For me it is important to know who has downloaded what (always a PDF). So, is it possible to have a form (where visitor has to fill in his name, etc.) before he is allowed to start the download?

Hi, you can make the download only for registered users and then you will see the statistics in the backend.
