new single add problem

Hi friends,
I installed the last version of phocagallery on jommla1.5 web site.
I generated with multiple add two galleries
When i try to add a single new item and select image I have only the categories Icon and I cannot view the
thumbnail items in the folder in order to select the new image file.
Can anyone help me where there is problem.

See folder images/phocagallery on your server, if there are some thumbs folders and if there are some thumbnails (if your GD has created the thumbs?)

I verified that in each directory under phocagallery directory there are a directory of named thumbs where are all thumbnails generated when i used multiple add and i see thumbnail when i see gallery in administration panel, but when i select new single add i see the directory but not images in the directory

??? it the thumbnails are created, then you should see them in list of images in single adding images ???

maybe try to reinstall Phoca Gallery (only upgrade with the same version), maybe some files are missed ???
