Plugins in empty new module not working

Hello,

I'm trying to use the download plugin in an empty new module of joomla.

e.g. {phocadownload view=file|id=4|text=Platzierungen 2013|target=s}

But this is not working. All i see in the finished page, is that line of code (no replaceing of code through plugin). In the articel pages everything works fine. So there should no problem with installing/publishing of the plugins.
The same problem is when i an trying to use a slideshow in empty new module.

What the error? Is there a workaround to solve my problem?

What the error?

The error is, Phoca Download Plugin is a content plugin. It will work in content (articles) but not in modules....
See e.g.: plg_content_phocadownload_v2.1.6.zip
Same with Phoca Gallery Slideshow Plugin.
plg_content_phocagallery_slideshow_v3.2.0.zip
