Error messages over all phoca modules/plugins

Hello,

few days ago something happened with joomla as whatever I am installing on Jommla 3.1.5 or 3.2.0 is saying that it's installed but I see this code:

Strange is that it is on every module and every plugin... so looks like general issue between joomla and phoca.

Is there any solution?

I was doing fresh install 5-times and nothing helps. even restore from the backup leads to the same issue
