Phoca Download Module not displaying

Post by tripled »

I've been using Phoca Download component for about 6 months without issues. Recently, I updated to version 3.04 as well as added some files and for some reason the modules aren't showing properly anymore. It also seems to be causing issues with other custom HTML modules on the same page.

I can't figure out what is going on, but there hasn't been any other new software add ons recently.
can someone please take a look and see if its something obvious I've missed..
rhcs.net.au/solutions/underfloorheating
this page is just an example of whats happening. there are a few pages with similar issues.

thanks in advance for your help!

regards,
Dan

Hi, which modules you exactly mean? Which module, and which version?

Hi Jan,
thanks for looking into this for me.
So, for example on the page mentioned in my post, the Phoca Download Module is not displaying properly on the top right side; "heating downloads", as well as somehow altering the text modules at the bottom of thatpage. I am using Joomla 3.2.0. When viewing the Phoca Download under the components section, it says 3.04, however, when I view the software under Extension Manager it says component & module 3.0 does that have something to do with it? perhaps the latest version didn't install properly?

Dan

Hi, do you get the problem with another template? Mostly if module is not displayed, it can be caused by template issue or wrong position
