comments in shadowbox.

how can i put "comments" and "add a comment" like a wall under the image on shadowbox. it would looks like facebook but into the shadowbox

Hi, shadowbox is an image method, not iframe method, so there is no option to add some html/js there.

thanks 4 ur reply! i have another question. i'm testing phoca gallery for my users, they dont have access to the backend, but the problem is when they make sub categories and they upload images, the directory folder isn't created from the frontend and the pictures are stored in the root folder so its make imposible to do a backup later... what can i do to fix this?

Hi, yes this is the feature, all images are stored in users folder not in subfolders. Phoca Gallery has independent database and filesystem layer (see reasons for this in this forum), so this needs to be customized in the code

im glad using Phoca Gallery. but my users wants the comments and they start to be a little angry jajajaja...
so i want to show a simple image layout with facebook comments in the same window when they click in a image on a category, no shadowbox no lightbox or things like that...

help me please, im a little desesperate.

Hi, did you read the post above, the image method doesn't allow html inside. You cannot write html to image. This is a featuere of htm used in internet

yes i read, i know in shadowbox its impossible , but now i'm asking for a non popup method. for example.

Inside a Category -> are lots of pictures -> clicking picture go for a new _self page. -> at this view of new _self page(without shadowbox, lightbox, slimbox, etc) is showing the picture and here i want to show fb comments below. ¿how can i do that?

Hi, just enable commenting of images - facebook - in parameters, then the facebook comments are displayed below the image:

at least we can have comments in categories?! there is no shadowbox there. I have tried everything to merge jcomments in phoca gallery. but nothing happened. naturally comments should be something part of the system and sth easy. I know phoca specialists have put a lot in here but guy, comments talk!

Hi, not sure what you mean (or not sure If I am lost in this topic) but in Phoca Gallery, there is comments feature for both - images and categories.
