Would it be possible that you split language files to front-end / back-end / installer?
For me personal (and I think a lot of other peeps) back-end & installer translation is far less important (if not at all)
Front-end translation on the other hand is.
Because front-end translation is way less to translate you might have a bigger change, peeps actually translate for you,
and if they do front-end translations will be available way faster.
