Error creating Picase Album

For over a year i am using Phoca gallery (i am using 2.7.7) to create albums on my websites.
But since a week i can't create a thing anymore.
Everytime i try to create an album i get the following error:



Everything is correctly installed. Picasa and Phoca Gallery 2.7.7.

Does anyone know why i get this error?

Hi, this message is displayed in case the Phoca Gallery cannot connect to Picasa server but what is the reason for it? Reall no idea, so all inputs must be checked.

I checked every detail multiple times.
I tryed uploading a different gallery.
I tryed from a different website.
i tryed a different account.
I tryed from a different country (I happend to be there)

But still i get the same error

Hmmm, , did you check other server e.g. or on localhost
