Using Tags with Joomla 1.5 version of Phoca Download

I recently downloaded and installed the newest version of Phoca Download for Joomla 1.5.

In the Documentation is shows that under options (paramaters)

You can show tags and link tags

Tags (Links) - (No | External Link | Category Link | Search Outcome) Set if the tags will include a link. If yes, set type of this link
Display Tags - (No | Yes (Caetgory View) | Yes (FileView) | Yes (Category And File View)) Display or hide tags

However, when I go to parameters I am not able to find anything about Tags or Display Tags. Am I missing something, or is this a feature that is only available in 1.6 and 1.7 versions.

If I can not use tags with the 1.5 version is there any way to add files to multiple categories? I am trying to organize a bunch of PDF lesson plans and would like teachers to be able to access them by grade level, subject, or topic. I was hoping to use categories to organize them by subject and then tags to organize them by grade level and topic.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, yes, it is Joomla! 1.7 feature.

The same with multiple categories. Phoca Download for 1.5 follows Joomla! 1.5 features, so there are sections not multiple levels categories
