Strange lightbox behavious

I've just upgraded to the latest version of the component (Version 2.00 Beta). I haven't found an update to the plugin other than 1.81. Beta

The problem I'm seeing is that although the gallery displays correctly, when I click on an individual photo, the lightbox pops up but contains the whole gallery. If I then click on an individual image again, I get a 404 error.

Very strange. you can see what I mean here:

I'd really appreciate help here.

Hi, the plugin for 2.0 is not ready yet, but I think, the creating of url will be not changed and there should not be a problem... try to disable sef ???

Hmmm. Disabling SEF works. However, this client really wants SEF. Is there a solution which works around this? Maybe an SEF component?
