User problem with this component

I have 2 issues:

-I cannot see users from my usergroups of joomla in my userslist of this component
-When I give a user permission to edit or delete files, and this user logs into the frontend, it don't get any other options rather than details and download button.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Hi, only users who uploaded some file(s) are listed there, normally you can see all other users in user management in Joomla!

Users can upload, delete, unpublish files in User control panel.
