Make Phoca an administrator tool for front-end including cat

Hi, User can create only one category in root (no parent category), so it is not so easy to add only the select box there, there need to be done other changes, e.g. path, security changes (size of category folder), etc. etc...

Creating of more categories in frontend in different levels is a feature request list
