Hi,
I am running the latest Version of Phoca Download on Joomla 3.2.3, using also the latest com_finder Plugins.
However, Smart Search indexer is now not running anymore, and only Phoca Download entries are found using Smart Search in the frontend. Is there any conflict with com_finder known to you or what else could be the case?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, I don't know anyone, what you mean that it is not running anymore? Do you get some error message?

Re: Problem with Smart Search
I don't really know, what's going on. The smart search indexer says "Index is running etc." but nothing happens. If I disable Finder Plugins for Phoca Download, it's the same but if I disable all Plugins except to Phoca Download Plugins, the Indexer works and only Phoca Download Categories are displayed as indexed.
I have installed al the latest Versions of Component and Plugins, could it still be a bug of the Extension (which I don't hope, because it is a real good one)?
Looking Forward to your reply...
btw. Joomla! 3.2.3 with php 5.3.27

Re: Problem with Smart Search
Hello.
From what I could test for my own site, when you have many files it'll take a long time to finish indexing and then it'll also take some time to optimize.
From what you are mentioning you might have a problem with other indexer.
Have you tried to reinstall the latest Joomla update and disable all external plugins and try to index again?
That would be my course of action.

Manuel Borges
