How to get image descriptions to display

I have the Phoca Gallery component description parameter set to: show(standard)

I have added descriptions to my images and put the following code in my article:

phocagallery view=category|categoryid=3|detail=1|displaydownload=0|displaydescription=1|displayname=0|shadow3|float=left}


Yet the description will not display at all. Any idea why?

Am using lates component and plug in on an up to date Joomla install.

UPDATE: It displays the description in Firefox using the Modal Box, but not using the Shadowbox. The text does appear under the buttons in firefox.

Hi, shadowbox method doesn't have any place for displaying description, so the description is not displayed there
