Hi all.
First of all let me thank the coders for the great software they create for Joomla. I really appreciate it :)
Now I installed PhocaDownload on my site. It works well so far, but I have an issue that drives me insane: Although I can upload small files with 20, 30 or even 100 MB, the upload of bigger files (let´s say 500 MB or bigger) quits after 60 seconds. First I thought it had something to do with the common PHP settings, but it seems to be something else. What I altered in the PHP settings for testing:
max_execution_time = 3600
max_input_time = 3600
memory_limit = -1
post_max_size = 10G
upload_max_filesize = 10G
These settings also show fine in Joomla System Information, so I think they work. Any idea what can be the root cause for my problem?
I´m using Joomla! 3.6.5 Stable on a vHost with Ubuntu 14.04 - Plesk 12.
Regards,
Tom

Re: Big Uploads quit after 60 seconds
Hi, try to ask your webohosting provider - after the download will start, then the communication is between the server and user's browser, so there Phoca Download is not active and cannot influence it. So I think, this is much more a webhosting settings question
But not 100%, I don't have any experience with such behavior
