After update to 3.2.3 sections Files and Categories have errors (no menu, cannot add files etc.)

After update to 3.2.3 version (Joomla 3.10.12) two sections in administrator do not work (all other works).
If I click on Files or Categories, there is a chaos - no menu, no template, cannot add/remove files etc.
I tried reinstall Phoca Download many times, cleared temporal memory etc. - but nothing changed.
Sometimes there is and Server Error after install but no other error details.

Is there a way who to correct it?

Hi, can you paste a screenshots of what do you exactly mean? Is there some reason, you don't use Joomla 4 or Joomla 5?
