The map does not display on a clean Joomla installation

Now I installed Joomla 5 along with Akeeba Backup and Phoca Maps. I selected OpenStreetMap in the settings. Unfortunately, the map does not display. What could be the problem?

How do you want to display your map? With the Phoca Maps plugin within an article, or with the Phoca Maps component using a menu item?
